1. Block Contact
Go to Settings> Phone> Blocked Contacts
Edit and put the contact on the block list.
2. Block voice calls, FaceTime calls, and messages from certain people
In the Phone app, do any of the following
Click on Favorites, Recents, or Voicemail. Tap the i button next to the number or contact you want to block, scroll down, then tap Block this Caller.
Click on Contacts, tap the contact you want to block, scroll down, then tap Block this Caller.
