Ola scooter is about to enter the Nepal market. The company has announced that the Ola scooter will be launched in the Nepalese market in the coming months. Both scooters will be available for purchase from September and deliveries will begin in October. Ola Electric recently launched its electric scooters – S1 and S1 Pro in select Asian countries. The electric ola scooters were launched in India at an extremely competitive price of Rs 79,000.

The range of the S1 and S1 Pro is 121 km and 181 km, respectively. These can be ARAI numbers. Both scooters have standard batteries, the S1 has 2.98kWh and the S1 Pro has 3.97kWh. The electric Ola scooter is equipped with a Hyperdrive motor that produces a maximum power of 8.5 kW. The torque of the electric motor is 58 Nm. The Ola S1 has disc brakes at the front and rear. While the Ola S1 has two driving modes – Normal and Sport, the S1 Pro gets an additional driving mode called Hyper.

The electric Ola scooter has a large TFT screen that displays a lot of information, including navigation and switching between rider profiles for individual customization. This scooter also has a reverse mode. The S1 Pro variant has a hill, cruise control, and voice assistant functions. They are not available in S1. Both the S1 and S1 Pro have full LED lighting. While the base version of S1 is only available in 5 colors, the S1 Pro variant has all 10 color shades blue, red, silver, yellow, pink, black and white, and gray. The curb weight of the S1 is 125 kg. The Ola S1 has tubeless tires and aluminum rims. According to the company, the S1 and S1 Pro come with a portable home charger that fully charges in 4.48 hours and 6.30 hours respectively. Ola Electric price in the Nepal market is not released yet.
