Xiaomi Launched Mi 9 Pro last year after the success of MI 9. The phone looks similar to MI 9 but the specs and features are different. Mi 9 Pro has Snapdragon 855+ chipset and comes with 40 W fast charging. The design of the phone is basic as it was launched last year. likewise, it has that waterdrop notch on the front for the selfie camera. Let us look at the specs and features of the phone.

Xiaomi Mi 9 Pro Specifications, Features

The Mi 9 Pro runs on the Android 10, MIUI 11. The phone is powered by Octa-core (1×2.96 GHz Kryo 485 & 3×2.42 GHz Kryo 485 & 4×1.8 GHz Kryo 485) processor. Similarly, the phone runs on the Qualcomm SM8150 Snapdragon 855 + chipset.

Mi 9 Pro Performance: 

The phone has a dimension 157.2 x 74.6 x 8.5 mm and weighs 196 g. Similarly, it has a 6.39 inches Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen. Likewise, the phone is made up of glass, front and back with an aluminum frame. The font is protected with gorilla glass 6 and the back with Gorilla Glass 5. Moreover, it has a waterdrop or U shaped notch for the selfie camera on the front.

Camera:

For photos and videos, the mobile phone has triple cameras which consist of 48 MP wide lens, 12 MP telephoto camera and 16 MP ultra-wide camera. the phone also has a Dual-LED flash on the back. Similarly,on the front, we have a 20 MP, f/2.0, wide camera.

Battery

Similarly, the battery of the phone is a 4000  mAh with 40 W charger. The phone supports wireless fast charging of 30W. The battery lasts a day or maybe more.

The phone has up to 128/256/512 GB storage but has no expandable memory.
Moreover, network connectivity options on the phone include Wi-Fi 802.11, Wi-Fi Direct, hotspot, Dual Nano-SIM, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS with dual-band A-GPS, GLONASS, BDS, GALILEO. Likewise, it has a 2.0, Type-C USB. However, it does not have a 3.5mm headphone jack.

There isnt any reports on the avilability of mMI 9 pro in Nepal as well as in India. But the expected price of the phone in Nepal may be around Rs 60,000.

Overall the phone seems decent enough with the specs and the features. The highlight of the phone has to be the Qualcomm SM8150 Snapdragon 855+  chipset and the 40w fast charger. In terms of specs, the phone has some similar MI 9T pro.
