Dordi Khola Hydropower Company Limited ( DORDI ) IPO
Dordi Khola Hydropower Company Limited is going to open IPO issue from Jestha 26. The company is about to issue an IPO to the public.
The company is going to issue 2,195,509 ordinary shares to the public.
Out of the total shares issued, 3 per cent have been reserved for the employees of the company and 5 per cent for the collective investment funds. The general investors will be able to apply for the remaining 2 million 19 thousand 839 shares.
Investors will have to apply for a minimum of 10 kittas of shares and a maximum of 1.7 million lots of shares. be extended till July 25.
The issue and sale manager of the company is Siddhartha Capital Limited.
