IOE Entrance Examination New Syllabus

In the academic year 2080/081, the Institute of Engineering (IOE) has introduced alterations to the BE entrance examination syllabus.

In this revision, there is a reduction of five marks in the Physics section, while an additional five marks have been allocated to Chemistry.

The Mathematics segment’s content has been streamlined, though its weightage remains unchanged.

As a result of these adjustments, candidates appearing for the entrance exam are now required to allocate their marks as follows: 50 marks for Mathematics, 40 marks for Physics, 30 marks for Chemistry, and 20 marks for English, making a total of 140 marks.
