Shreeya, who’s just 28, is the genius behind Happy Minds. She noticed that in Nepal, there weren’t many places for people to get help with mental health, especially during the pandemic. So, she came up with Happy Minds in 2020 to change that.
What’s Happy Minds all about? They’re all about making it okay to talk about mental health. They do workshops and counseling, both online and in person, to help people out.
But wait, there’s more! Happy Minds has won awards, like the “Best Newcomer from Nepal” in 2022. And they’re teaming up with big companies like Unilever Nepal to offer free counseling to their employees.
Shreeya isn’t just a business whiz; she’s also showing Nepali women that they can do anything they set their minds to. Through Happy Minds, she’s not only helping people with mental health but also empowering women in Nepal.
