Steps to take loan:
- Type *9988# on your phone
- Then Tap the call button
- A loan success notification appears

In order to take loan, there are certain criteria:
- Your balance should be less than Nrs 5
- Sim should be 2 months old
The loan amount will be deducted from your main balance after recharge. Also, Extra Nrs 2.55 will be reduced from the main balance. If you used all your loan amounts then you cannot do outgoing calls but receive incoming calls. So, you need to pay the complete loan amount and add recharge to make calls again. However, you can use this service many times. But, the previous loan amount should be cleared.
How to take loan in NTC?
Steps to take loan:
- Activate loan service by sending START to 1477
- Deactivate loan service by sending STOP to 1477
In order to take a loan, the sim should be 3 months old. The loan amount will be deducted from your main balance after recharge. Also, there will be no extra charge reduction from the main balance. You can use this service many times. But, the previous loan amount should be cleared.
Where to use the loan amount taken from NTC and Ncell?
We can use loan amount to :
- Make calls
- Send SMS to any network
- Use the internet
If you recharge less than the loan amount then 60% will be deducted and 40% can be used from the main balance.
