The profile and cover photo on the account feature the newly appointed Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, also known as Prachanda. However, according to a member of Prachanda’s secretariat, they have not received an official Twitter handle and were unaware of the account being locked, as it had not been transferred to them.
