In 2017 Microsoft introduced Surface book 2 which is a hybrid 2 in 1 laptop. It is a laptop as well as a tablet. Likewise, Surface Book 2 can be use as a full laptop or you can detach the keyboard and use it as a laptop. When it was released it was know to be the almost perfect laptop. Design and Display
Microsoft Surface Book 2 is available in 13.5 inches screen and 15 inches screen. The 13-inch screen has a 13-inch Pixel Sense Display with a resolution of 3000 x 2000 and the 15-inch screen has a 15-inch Pixel Sense Display with a resolution of 3240 x 2160. Likewise, both variants have a 3:2 aspect ratio.
The 13.5 inches variant has both core i5 and i7 and they both have different dimensions. the 13.5 inches, core i5 has a dimension of 312 mm x 232 mm x 13 mm-23 mm. Whereas the core i7 has 312 x 232 x 15 -23 mm. Talking about the 15 inches variant, the laptop is available in both corei5 and i7 which has a dimension of 343 x 251 x 15-23 mm.
Both the variants have 10 points multi-touch G5 touch screen and Contrast ratio of 1600:1. The weight if the 15 inches variant with the keyboard attached is 4.20 lbs. Likewise, the 13 inches core i5 weighs 3.38 lbs and core i7 weighs 3.62 lbs.

Performance
The Surface Book 2 13.5 inches comes with 7th Gen Intel Core i5-7300U dual-core processor. The 13 inches also comes with 8th Gen Intel Core i5-8350U quad-core processor. Likewise, the core i7 has an 8th Gen Intel-8650U quad-core processor. Moreover, the 15 inches variant comes with 8th Gen Intel Core i5-8350U quad-core processor and an 8th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-8650U quad-core processor.
Surface Book 2 13.5” is available in 8GB or 16GB RAM and 15 inches is available in 16GB RAM. Talking about the software, both variants run on Windows 10 Pro Creators Update 64-bit.

The laptop has 2 USB type-A, 3.1 Gen 1 port, 1 USB Type-C port with USB Power Delivery revision 3.0. Likewise, it has a 3.5mm headphone jack, 2 Surface Connect ports, Full-size SDXC card reader and Compatible with Surface Dial* on- and off-screen interaction. Similarly, it has Wi-Fi: IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac compatible and Bluetooth Wireless 4.1. It has an internal storage of 256GB/ 512GB and goes up to 1TB.
Talking about the camera, it has a 5.0MP front camera. And as it is also a tablet, it has an 8.0MP rear camera. Likewise, the 2.1 laptop has dual microphones and Front-facing stereo speakers. The laptop is available in only silver colour and has a battery life of 17 hours of constant video playback.
