Kathmandu College of Management Sparks Entrepreneurial Inspiration with ‘Startup Stories’ Panel Discussion

Kathmandu College of Management recently orchestrated a compelling Panel Discussion titled “Startup Stories,” aimed at igniting inspiration among participants for the forthcoming competition themed “UNLIMITED.” Guided by Miss Subi Kafle, the esteemed country coordinator of Hult Prize in Nepal, the event welcomed distinguished guest speakers: Mr. Raj Bikram Maharjan, Ms. Vedika Murarka, and Mr. Nikhil Agrawal.

Mr. Raj Bikram Maharjan, renowned as the co-founder of Galli Maps, shared his entrepreneurial journey alongside Ms. Vedika Murarka, co-founder of Educase, and Mr. Nikhil Agrawal, co-founder of Masta Kala. Each speaker illuminated the audience with personal anecdotes, unveiling the genesis of their unique business ideas and navigating through the challenges, strengths, and weaknesses encountered along their entrepreneurial paths.

The discussion served as a beacon of hope, knowledge, and motivation for the Hult Prize participants from Kathmandu College of Management, who gleaned invaluable insights into standing out amidst competition. Moreover, they gained clarity on the essential considerations for embarking on a startup venture, including social responsibilities and future prospects. Participants absorbed lessons on the inception of startup ventures, anticipated challenges, and strategies for overcoming them, realizing the transformative potential of even the smallest of ideas into viable businesses.

The event not only enriched participants with practical wisdom but also instilled a sense of empowerment and determination as they gear up to navigate the entrepreneurial landscape with newfound clarity and resolve.

This Panel Discussion stands as a testament to Kathmandu College of Management’s commitment to nurturing entrepreneurial spirit and fostering innovation within its student community.
