Ultimate Ears (UE) Boom speakers have been among the most popular portable Bluetooth speakers, and they’re now onto their third generation with the arrival of the UE Megaboom 3. It has a cylindrical shape and is water, dust & drop proof. It has a thundering bass,super-powerful and immersive 360° sound, and stunning high-performance fabric.
Design
It has a dimension of 87 mm diameter and a height of 225 mm. It is a cylindrical shape and weights 925 g which is around 2 pounds. To control volume it has volume up(+) and volume down(-) button. At the top of the speaker, there are two buttons power button and the magic button. Magic button plays and pauses your music and can be linked to up to four playlists from Deezer if you’re an Android user or Apple’s music streaming service. A short press starts your music even if the speaker is off, and a long press advances to the next playlist you’ve stored in the speaker by the app called ‘Ultimate Ears app. It is IP67 rated so it can be fully submerged in water for 30minutes in 1-meter depth.
