Nepal Telecom’s Call Transfer Service Allows You to Pick Office Incoming Calls from Home

In this pandemic time, Nepal Telecom’s Call Transfer Service is one of the most useful services. As the country has just opted out of the Coronavirus lockdown the transportations and flow of people are not regular. Although we can go outside but still there is fear of Coronavirus. Due to which the working people are not able to visit their office regularly. So, in this situation, we can use the Call Transfer Service which helps us to transfer the incoming calls in one number to another preferred number. Therefore, we can easily take calls from the customers or staff from home which helps to keep proper communication with them.

Nepal Telecom has provided various types of Call Transfer Services. These services are free to activate and we can also deactivate when we don’t need the services.

Types of Nepal Telecom’s Call Transfer Service:

1. Unconditional Call Forwarding:

Forwards all your incoming call to another phone number.

  • To activate: **21* Number#
  • To deactivate ##21#

2. Call Forwarding when busy:

Forwards all your incoming call to another phone number when you are busy with another call.

  • To activate: **67* Number#
  • To deactivate ##67#

3. Call Forwarding when no reply:

Forwards all your incoming call to another phone number when you do not pick up the call.

  • To activate: **61* Number#
  • To deactivate ##61#

4. Call Forwarding when not reachable:

Forwards all your incoming call to another phone number when your phone is switched off or you are out of network reach.

  • To activate: **21* Number#
  • To deactivate ##21#

Payment for the NTC Call Transfer Service:

If X is calling Y and the call is forwarded to Z then,

  • X needs to pay the amount as if it is calling to Y
  • Z needs to pay the amount as if it is calling to Z

Calls can be forwarded only in Nepal Telecom Network.
