Open Knowledge Nepal announced a joint partnership with Women in STEM Nepal & Women Leaders in Technology for Women Entrepreneurship Data (WEData) Nepal project.
It aims to make data related to women entrepreneurs easily accessible such that it supports new entrepreneurs & other existing stakeholders.
For upcoming 3 years, Nikesh Balami from Open Knowledge Nepal will be co-leading this wonderful project with his colleagues Binita Shrestha & Nhasala Joshi. They will design strategy to raise funding up-to USD 1 million and reinvest it into the various projects related to women & entrepreneurship in Nepal.
The activities include the harvest & presentation of existing data, development of a conceptual framework for the research, implementation of the research project, partnership with diverse stakeholders, dissemination of the research analysis & provision of stable support.
The project will be implemented in 3 phases & more information will be openly shared as the project implementation start making progress.
