Samsung recently announced a new edition to its tab family. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 and S7+ are all set to launch on August 21. Likewise, the tablet will soon launch in Nepal too after the launch in India. Let us look at the specs and features of both the tablets with the expected price in Nepal.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 & S7 Overview 

The tablets are powered by Qualcomm SM8250 Snapdragon 865+ chip and an Octa-core (1×3.09 GHz Kryo 585 & 3×2.42 GHz Kryo 585 & 4×1.8 GHz Kryo 585). The tablets run on the Android 10, One UI 2.5. 

Performance:   

Design and Display  

The Galaxy S7 has a dimension of  253.8 x 165.3 x 6.3  weighs 498 g.  Likewise, the dimension of S7+ is 285 x 185 x 5.7 mm and weighs 575 g. Furthermore, the tabs are of 11inches LTPS IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen and 12.4 inches Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen respectively.  the tabs are made of the glass front, aluminium back and aluminum frame   

Camera  

On the back, the tablets have a dual camera with a LED flash on the bottom of the setup. The back camera includes 13 MP normal camera and a 5MP ultra-wide camera. Similarly, on the front, the tablets have an 8 MP normal camera.

Battery  

The S7+ comes with a Li-ion battery having a capacity of 10,090mAh and the s7 has 8,000mAh battery capacity. Both the tablets come with 45 w fast charger.

The Galaxy Tab S7 anD S7+ comes with an internal storage 128/256 GB with external memory. For connectivity, the device comes with 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11, b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, Mobile Hotspot, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6, dual-band, Wi-Fi Direct, hotspot, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, BDS, GALILEO, USB 3.2, Type-C 1.0. However, there is no 3.5 mm headphone jack in both the tabs.

S pen and Book Cover Keyboard

The S Pen latency has been reduced to up to 9 ms. It is said to be the biggest leap in the S Pen’s history. Moreover, it is magnetically attached to the back of the tablets. Likewise, customers can buy a Book Cover Keyboard separately to attach the tablets. It increases the productivity of the tablet. The keyboard comes with 26% larger keycaps and an 18.3mm key pitch. Similarly, it has 16 function keys and a larger keypad with multi-finger support.

Color

The tablets are available in 3 colors: Mystic Black, Mystic Bronze and Mystic Silver. But the 5G variant of the tablets is available in only mystic black.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S7&S7+ Price in Nepal & Availability

Galaxy Tab S7 and S7+ will go on sale from August 21. They are priced at $649 and $849 respectively. The expected price in Nepal is around NPR 80,000 and NPR 1,05,000 respectively.
