IME Pay Can Infotech 2022 in association with SCT Smart QR, has been successfully completed, which was organized for 6 days at Bhrikuti Mandap, Kathmandu from April 22 to 23.
This is the 27th edition of the exhibition on information and communication technology. CAN Infotech was postponed twice in the past years due to COVID.
The exhibition, which usually was organized in the winter months of Push / Magh / Falgun from the very beginning, has been completed for the first time in the month of Baisakh.
Most of the stalls have provided special discounts and offers during the CAN Infotech.
Minister for Communications and Information Technology Gyanendra Bahadur Karki, Vice Chairman of the National Planning Commission Dr. Vishwanath Poudel, Vice-Chancellor of NAST were present in the event. The exhibition was inaugurated with the participation of Sunil Babu Shrestha, President of Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry Shekhar Golchha, President of Nepal Chamber of Commerce Rajendra Malla, Chairman of Nepal Telecommunication Authority Purushottam Khanal, Prime Minister’s Information Technology Expert Dipesh Bista and Joint Secretary of Ministry of Communications and Information Technology Anil Dutt.
The 26th edition of CAN Infotech, which was held two years ago, has been viewed by around 3.5 lakhs people.
