During the budget presentation for the upcoming financial year, Finance Minister Barshman Pun announced plans to make loans more affordable for students pursuing higher education, particularly in fields like medicine, engineering, and information technology.
“We’ll set up a special fund to offer students concessional loans for their studies in fields like medicine, engineering, and information technology,” he explained.
This initiative aims to make it easier for students to pursue advanced education without worrying too much about the financial burden.
