Hult Prize at Nepal Engineering College organized its first session of “Talk with Entrepreneurs” on Saturday, 12th February 2022.
The event featured Ms. Eeda Rijal as the guest speaker, and the whole session was moderated by Ms. Garima Bista. Despite the limitations of an online medium, the energy of young entrepreneurs and enthusiasts could be felt throughout the engagement session. The event was found to be quite interactive. Eeda Rijal, Co-founder of कोभिड Connect Nepal was also the winner of the Microsoft Imagine Cup 2018- AI category, and the Former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Co-founder at SochWare. Ms. Rijal is also a seasoned Communications Specialist and an active member of Women Leaders in Technology.
With her amazing presentation skills, she gave an elaborate and insightful session about a business idea, product differentiation, idea validation and marketing approaches in a business. Ms Rijal also discussed the reasons behind the failure of startups and how to determine whether a startup can generate sustainable revenue or if it will be scalable during the ideation process. In the end, there was a question and answer session where Ms Rijal answered the queries of our participants.
