Oppo is finally launching its Oppo Watch for the global market. Previously, the Oppo Watch was available only in China but now the global variant of the watch will be available in other countries besides China as well. The global variant of the smartwatch looks similar to the Chinese variant but comes with some changes.
The Oppo Watch is also scheduled to come into the Nepali market. Therefore, we have written this article to provide a detailed overview of the Smartwatch along with the expected price of Oppo Watch in Nepal.
Oppo Watch Overview
Design and Display
The design of the Oppo smartwatch is similar to that of the Apple Watch with a square-like display rather than a circular display. The smartwatch comes in two variants: one with a 1.6-inch display and another with a 1.91-inch display. The 1.91-inch variant comes with a flexible dual-curved AMOLED panel while the 1.6-inch variant comes with a flat AMOLED panel. The 1.91-inch variant also has a higher pixel density of 326PPI as compared to a pixel density of 301 PPI of the 1.6-inch variant.
Both the variants come with a rubber strap and the smartwatch is made up of 6000-series Aluminium alloy. The bottom of the watch consists of plastic and ceramics. The 1.6-inch variant (or the 41mm variant) will have a matte finish, and the 1.91-inch variant (or the 46mm variant) will have a glossy finish.
Internal Specifications
The Oppo Watch is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 3100 (28 nm) for the international variant and Qualcomm MSM8909W Snapdragon Wear 2500 (28nm) for the Chinese variant. The smartwatch also has Adreno 304 GPU. These smartwatches run on Android Wear OS for the international variant and ColorOS Watch OS for the Chinese variant.
It also has Ambiq Micro’s Apollo3 co-processor that will power the energy-efficient power saver mode for prolonged battery life. It has 1 GB RAM and 8 GB internal storage.
Features
The 46mm (LTE) variant phone also has a Standalone LTE connectivity with which you can take calls phone-free. The Wear OS of the smartwatch is loaded with convenient features and you can explore and download apps from the Google Play store. It also has Google Assistant, Google Fit, and Google Pay built-in to help you provide convenient features.
It also has an interesting feature with which your watch will generate its watch face to match your outfit. You just need to take a photo of your outfit with your phone and OPPO Watch’s AI imaging algorithm will do the rest. This smartwatch also comes with five large exercise sensors on the back of the watch to track your runs, swims, bike rides, walks, and other activities.
The 46 mm variant comes with a 50-meter water resistance while the 41 mm variant comes with 30-meter water resistance. The Oppo Watch also has a heart rate monitoring system with the use of 4 optical sensors arranged for maximum accuracy, and a vibrating alert will notify you if it notices anything off.
In addition, it also has sleep management, guided breathing exercises, and get up remainder features on it.

Battery
The 41mm variant of the Oppo Watch has a 300 mAh battery while the 46 mm variant has a 430 mAh battery. The 46mm variant can last up t0 36 hours in Smart mode and up to 21 days in Power Saver Mode. Similarly, the 41 mm variant can last up to 24 hours in Smart mode and up to 14 days in Power Saver Mode.
It comes with Watch VOOC Flash Charging using which a 15-minute charge can power up a whole day of use. It charges up to 46% in 15 minutes and the full charge takes 75 minutes.

Oppo Watch Price and Availability in Nepal
The price of the Oppo Watch starts at around INR 15,000 in India. The price of the Oppo Watch is expected to be around NPR 27,000 for the 41 mm variant and NPR 35,000 for the 46 mm variant. The smartwatch is expected to launch sometime later this month.
