On iPhone, iPad, or iPad touch.
- Go to settings

On Mac
If you own MacOs catalina follow these steps:-

- Finally, click change password.
In macOs Mojave, high sierra or sierra:
- Select apple menu, you will see system preference, click iCloud
- Select account details
- You will be asked to enter apple id password, click on Forgotten apple id or password and follow the instructions
- Finally, click security> reset password or change password.
Recover apple id , password with email address or security questions!
If you haven’t enabled 2FA authentication for apple id you have to recover password through email and answer security questions.
- Go to iforgot.apple.com
- Enter apple id email.
- Select continue and click on I need to reset my password.
- Click continue
- Choose to get an email or answer security questions.
- Press continue and click done
- You will receive an email it will be entitled as how to reset your apple id password, click reset now
- Enter a new password and click confirm
- Finally, click reset password
