If you used all your loan amounts then you cannot do outgoing calls but receive incoming calls. So, you need to pay the complete loan amount and add recharge to make calls again. However, you can use this service many times. But, the previous loan amount should be cleared.

- Activate loan service by sending START to 1477
- Deactivate loan service by sending STOP to 1477
In order to take a loan, the sim should be 3 months old. The loan amount will be deducted from your main balance after recharge. Also, there will be no extra charge reduction from the main balance. You can use this service many times. But, the previous loan amount should be cleared.
